我雖沒去過芝加哥，Google Map 卻可帶我去大街小巷，到處走訪；你雖是個老芝加哥，若考問起芝加哥的市容、街景，你的所知，恐怕沒有我多。
你說的另一家，應該是 Jewel-Osco ，Google Map 上對它的評論，褒貶不一。

Since I moved to Chicago in 1959 - yes over 50 years - I have preferred Jewel over any other large grocery store.

This is the most poorly laid out, disorganized, dirty store I think I have ever been in.
The prices are horrendous for the name brand items. They may be 'cheaper' without a card or whatever, but Dominicks（closed on December 29, 2013 ） repeatedly had sales that far surpass the prices at Jewel. Additionally the brands are much different and they have smaller selections of name brands. It is quite sad when a gallon of milk for instance is $3.69 in the store, and I can walk a few blocks to Walgreen's and find the same name brand for $2.59 regular price.

This store is terrible and very unprofessional. And the so called customer service is very rude. It shouldn't take 10 minutes for a manager or a supervisor to come to help a customer.
